I have really enjoyed coming in here for the past few years, but the new management is extremely unfriendly and equally unhelpful; bordering on rude. Just one recent example: I asked for some 19/32 hose, and after some rudimentary math, the associate brought me back 5/8 and charged me for it. I was taken aback, and after asking the manager why he gave some roundabout generic answer about how they can't sell a foot of 5/8 hose. It's less than a dollar, but it exemplifies the new direction this particular store is heading.
